MIKEM Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (liquid）is an environmentally friendly liquefied superplasticizer with high-efficiency water-reducing performance. It offers high workability and high durability. It has been extensively used in concretes, including normal concrete, pumped concrete, self-compacting concrete, and high-strength concrete. It shows excellent performance especially in the applications of high-durability and high-performance concretes.
Our product has the following features:
- High water reduction rate: Whenused with the recommended dosage of5% (usual dosage is between 0.3%-0.7%), our product can reduce water consumption by more than 28% and save cement consumption by 15%-20%. The optimal dosage determined through experiment can even reduce the water by more than 33%.
- High compatibility: Our product is highly compatiblewith mainstream additives on the market, including slump retention agents, retarders, defoamers, and air-entraining agents. Various high-performance water-reducing agents with differing properties can be formulated by mixing our polycarboxylate superplasticizer with these additives.
- High durability: Our product contains low chloride ion and low alkali. Itcan reduce the shrinkage of concrete (the shrinkage ratio is less than 110%) and prevent the cracks that are caused by shrinkage. The concrete applied with our products shows proper air content and cell structure and has excellent durability.
Our polycarboxylate superplasticizer (liquid) products are widely used in various kinds of pump concrete construction, such as pumped concrete in industrial and residential construction, water conservancy and ports projects, transportation, municipal and railway works, etc. Besides, our product can also be used to prepare a variety of special concretes, such as high-strength concrete, ultra-high-strength concrete, high-impermeability concrete, early-strength concrete, self-leveling concrete, and steel fiber concrete, etc.
